All of our original hand crafted items are created in our personal design studio and shipped via USPS. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery depending on the destination. Other gift items ship directly from our manufacturers upon fabrication. If your order contains a mixture of items, you will receive multiple shipments in order to provide you with the most timely delivery of your order. In the event of a delay, we will notify you by email or phone (if no email is provided). We take great pride in packaging your order with care. However, we are not responsible for damages incurred after it leaves our design studio. That is why we offer both Delivery Confirmation and Shipping Insurance through our Shipping Optionslink for your convenience.
CANADIAN SHIPMENTS
While we are happy to serve our Canadian customers, Bullfrogs & Butterflies Baby Boutique, LLC does not maintain Non-Resident Importer status with Canada. We are not responsible for tariffs, taxes, brokerage fees, duties or any other miscellaneous costs required to import merchandise. We encourage all of our customers to learn the details necessary to assure successful delivery before ordering.
