RETURNS

We pride ourselves on providing fabulous customer service and high-quality products that are sure to delight.  If for some reason there is a problem with your order, please contact us promptly at contactus@bullfrogsandbutterfliesbabyboutique.com, so that we may remedy the situation.

For handcrafted items, we accept returns or exchanges on defective merchandise within 30 days of purchase.  Items must be unused and unwashed with the original packaging.  Please email us at contactus@bullfrogsandbutterfliesbabyboutique.com within 5 days of receipt, so that we may provide you with a Product Return Number and instructions on completing your return.

To return an item provided by any of our wonderful partners, please contact them directly regarding their specific return policies.

For sanitary reasons, we do not provide refunds or credits on unwrapped baby diaper gifts.

Qualifying returns will be reimbursed by the original method of payment.  Please note that shipping charges cannot be reimbursed.  After 30 days, Bullfrogs & Butterflies Baby Boutique LLC cannot accept returns for any reason.
