Q: Can all of the items in your diaper cakes be used?
A: Absolutely! We do not use glue, tape, pins, or other marring agents to hold the diapers together. In addition, we use a boutique method of assembly to provide clean lines and ensure that absorbancy is maintained (vs. tightly rolling the diapers). Our diaper cakes are designed to be 100% useable and easy for the new mommy to disassemble.
Q: Do you accept custom orders?
A: Of course! We will be happy to create something that meets your gift-giving needs, whether it be a specific baby shower theme, eco-friendly substitutions, nursery decor, etc...Please email us at contactus@bullfrogsandbutterfliesbabyboutique.com with the product you would like and the requested customizations.
Q: What size clothing is included in your Diaper Cake Ad-Ons?
A: Our sizes range from newborn (0-3m) to 12 months and are randomly selected for each cake based on design needs.
Q: How do I care for my organic onsie?
A: All of our onsies are machine washable and dryable and easy to care for. They are not delicate but the images can be sensitive to heat. To maintain the durability of the image, we recommend washing it inside out in cold water. Use a color-safe detergent and remove from the washer promptly. Do NOT use chlorine bleach. Do NOT dryclean. Tumble dry low with the garment inside out. Do NOT iron.
Q: What shipping methods do you offer?
A: We ship via UPS with delivery generally taking 1-2 weeks (UPS Ground). Upon checkout, you will have access to expedited delivery options if desired. Should you prefer an alternate shipping method, please let us know!
We are happy to provide shipping insurance and delivery confirmation at no additional fee for Bullfrogs & Butterflies original items. Please let us know via email or the "Message Box" on the product page if you would like to take advantage of this complimentary service. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide this service on items that we carry from other manufacturers at this time.
Please be sure to double check the shipping address provided as we are not responsible for shipping fees resulting from an item being returned to us because of an incorrect shipping address (provided during checkout).
Ohio residents will be charged applicable state sales tax.
Q: Do you ship outside the United States?
A: We apologize for the inconvenience, but at this time we only ship to locations within the continental United States.
Q: When will my order arrive?
A: All of our handcrafted treats are made to order once payment is finalized. Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days. We ask that you allow 1-2 weeks for delivery, depending on the shipping method selected. Spa treats may take up to 2 weeks to complete in order to ensure that the freshest product is received.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: All of the original designs at Bullfrogs & Butterflies are handcrafted to order and we pride ourselves on the quality we provide. If for some reason there is a problem with your order, please contact us at 440-832-7074 or via email at contactus@bullfrogsandbutterfliesbabyboutique.com within 4 days of receipt of your order for details regarding product returns. We gladly will review each inquiry on a individual basis.
For items shipped directly from our partnering manufacturers, please contact them directly regarding any complaints, as each may have different return requirements.
For sanitary reasons, we do not provide refunds, credits, or exchanges on unwrapped Baby Diaper Cakes and Diaper Gifts.
Please note that shipping charges cannot be reimbursed.
We do not accept returns on personalized/customized items or bath products.
Q: Do you accept credit cards?
A: Absolutely! As a convenience to our customers, we accept all major credit cards via PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account to complete your order.

Q: Will my products look exactly as displayed on your site?
A: The colors of products may very slightly depending on your computer display. Ribbon colors and patterns may very slightly but will be in a coordinating color to the item selected.
Q: Do you offer any of your products wholesale?
A: Yes. We offer many of our handcrafted items at a reduced rate for retailers only. A merchant identification number or tax use certificate will be required prior to placing your order. Our wholesale price list will be available once your application has been received and your retailer status has been verified. All wholesale and drop ship orders must be paid in full before the product is shipped.
