Q: Do you accept custom orders?
A: Of course! We will be happy to create something that meets your gift-giving needs, whether it be a specific baby shower theme, eco-friendly substitutions, nursery decor, etc...Please email us at contactus@bullfrogsandbutterfliesbabyboutique.com with the product you would like and the requested customizations.
Q: What shipping methods do you offer?
A: Please refer to our Shipping Link for details regarding our shipping policy.
We are happy to offer shipping insurance and delivery confirmation for Bullfrogs & Butterflies original items. Please select the "Shipping Options" link on our Home Page to take advantage of this service. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide this service on items that we carry from other manufacturers at this time.
Please be sure to double check the shipping address provided as we are not responsible for shipping fees resulting from an item being returned to us because of an incorrect shipping address (provided during checkout).
Ohio residents will be charged applicable state sales tax.
Q: Do you ship outside the United States?
A: Yes! At this time we ship to locations within the continental United States and Canada.
Q: Can you ship to a different address?
Absolutely! You will be given the option of entering your billing and shipping addresses during check-out. These addresses can be the same or different. If you would like to include a gift card with your order, please specify the message you would like directly on the product page in the designated location.
Q: When will my order arrive?
A: All of our handcrafted treats are made to order once payment is finalized. Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days. We ask that you allow 1-2 weeks for delivery, depending on the destination.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We pride ourselves on providing fabulous customer service and high-quality products that are sure to delight. If for some reason there is a problem with your order, please contact us promptly at contactus@bullfrogsandbutterfliesbabyboutique.com, so that we may remedy the situation.
For handcrafted items, we accept returns or exchanges on defective merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused and unwashed with the original packaging. Please email us at contactus@bullfrogsandbutterfliesbabyboutique.com within 5 days of receipt, so that we may provide you with a Product Return Number and instructions on completing your return.
To return an item provided by any of our wonderful partners, please contact them directly regarding their specific return policies.
For sanitary reasons, we do not provide refunds or credits on unwrapped baby diaper gifts.
Qualifying returns will be reimbursed by the original method of payment. Please note that shipping charges cannot be reimbursed. After 30 days, Bullfrogs & Butterflies Baby Boutique LLC cannot accept returns for any reason.
Q: Do you accept credit cards?
A: Absolutely! As a convenience to our customers, we accept all major credit cards via PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account to complete your order.
Please note that we do not accept other forms of payment at this time.
Q: Will my products look exactly as displayed on your site?
A: The colors of products may very slightly depending on your computer display. Ribbon colors and patterns may very slightly but will be in a coordinating color to the item selected.
Q: Do you offer any of your products for wholesale?
A: Yes. We currently offer our Kiddo Candies TM, Layette Milkshakes, and Baby Cupcakes at a reduced rate for retailers. A merchant identification number or tax use certificate will be required prior to placing your order. Our wholesale price list and policies will be available once your application has been received and your retailer status has been verified. All wholesale orders must be paid in full before the product is shipped.
